We have the "Unable to queue the TCL request" error with XPU 22.27 on a Windows 2000 server running Server Sensor. Interestingly, this problem does not show up on NT4 or W2k3 platforms with the same software/XPU versions. This seems to be an XPU issue from 22.27 or earlier. What version of XPU were you at prior to upgrading to 22.28? (i.e. have you installed every XPU as they were available or did you delay and upgrade straight to 22.28 from some version before 22.27?)
