Running Site Protector on a windows 2003 server. Both site protector and the server are fully up to date on patches, as is the M50 (v 1.11). The desktop controller is ver 6.9 (sp5.13) The M50 appliance has this error. 0xc7380002 Error Parsing CML Input. [ID=0xc7.8002] The Knowledgebase says it is a Java cache error. Which it is not. Any thoughts?
