Luis, You may want to try bouncing the RealSecureSiteProtectorWebServer service since this is what controls the licensing service post SP4. If the key still stays as "Newly Added" I would run it by support.

So we can add new sensors but we cannot upgrade them. When we want X-Update them, software told us that maintenance date has expired. How could we solve this? Thanks LD _______________________________________________ ISSForum mailing list [email protected] TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, go to https://atla-mm1.iss.net/mailman/listinfo/issforum To contact the ISSForum Moderator, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The ISSForum mailing list is hosted and managed by Internet Security Systems, 6303 Barfield Road, Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30328. _______________________________________________ ISSForum mailing list [email protected] TO UNSUBSCRIBE OR CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, go to https://atla-mm1.iss.net/mailman/listinfo/issforum To contact the ISSForum Moderator, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The ISSForum mailing list is hosted and managed by Internet Security Systems, 6303 Barfield Road, Atlanta, Georgia, USA 30328.
