The XPU that was downloaded by SiteProtector is probably invalid. Delete that .XPU file from the Program File\ISS\RealSecure SiteProtector\Application Server\XPU\InternetScanner and Program Files\ISS\RealSecure SiteProtector\Application Server\webserver\Apache2\htdocs\XPU\InternetScanner then try to reapply the update. If you still have problems you are going to need to go through support so they can get the proper logs.
