Mark, You may be interested in an advanced stateful traffic replay product we have just released, Traffic IQ Pro is has a library of over 700 normal and threat traffic files which can be used to test with and I know that some of the ISS guys are taking a look at it now.
http://www.karalon.com/Karalon/TrafficIQ/TrafficIQ.htm The product is designed so that you can replay a wide range of traffic sessions using different scenarios to see how the security devices respond and if they are configured correctly to go into a production environment. One of the advantages is that it does not require a target system to be available and so testing can be performed really quickly and easily, and you can use the tool to test the response and recognition capabilities of any pretty much any network packet filtering device. We are mainly looking for test matrices, types of functionality tested, tools used and anything else that could help us create a test enviornment that would allow us to fully test these products before we release them into production.
