Well... The procedure to take back the DB after reinstalling is not that
easy.

One important things is to backup the IDS key, Sensor and component keys.

I don't think you will find on documentation how to do this activity.

Some time ago we did a procedure to do that in case of disaster, but I
didn't test it with SP5.

Ask iss support if the support a procedure to take the db after
reinstalling.
