There are few other questions, like, is the orange warning light on.
If this is the case it could indicate a hardware issue. We had one with
similar issue, in that case one of the hard drives had taken a dive. The
other question is which proventia and which firmware is it that you are
using

I have tried to login using putty but the system is completely down.
Unless I hard boot (Power-off and Power-on) it couple of times, it is not
coming up.
