I have SFM and SP6 installed on Windows 2003/SP1 and SQL 2K SP4 and have no issues. Make sure you have "NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation" key set to 0. Below is the registry path for this....

SFM is still stopped and giving the error WSAE CONNREFUSED connection refused (ID=10061). Is there any body solved this problem?
