## 我的踩坑实录
上周刚帮老板部署Flink Agents，结果卡在"Configure PYTHONPATH"这一步整整两小时。你们知道吗？当文档说"add to
your PYTHONPATH"的时候，我脑子里想的是：
> "世界上有一种路径叫PYTHONPATH，在Mac和Linux之间流浪，区别之大，让人想退票..."
### 具体踩了哪些坑：
1. **Python版本地狱** - 文档说支持3.8+，结果3.12有兼容性问题（现在修复了）
2. **Jar包路径玄学** - 那个`flink-agents-dist-*.jar`到底放哪？`lib/`还是`opt/`？
3. **MCP服务器连接** - 编译时发现MCP服务器必须可达，结果CI挂了
## 一个骚操作建议
既然你们在做Import Wizard（#555），可以考虑加点"防呆设计"：
