Release Note: Beginning from 2.3.0, Flink introduces comprehensive
Application Management support as part of FLIP-549. This feature provides a
unified framework for managing Flink applications throughout their lifecycle,
including submission, monitoring, cancellation, and archival. Applications can
now be managed via REST APIs or through the new Web UI, with full support for
archiving terminated applications for historical tracking and auditing purposes.
