Thank [~izeren] for your clarification and reasons.
Given the situation you described, I currently believe that cross-team testing
is not necessary.
To be cautious, I would still prefer to hear additional opinions from others.
If no further feedback is received within at least the next three working days,
we can decide not to proceed with the cross-team testing effort.
In addition, as you mentioned that all features are independent of each other,
the unfinished tasks will no longer be planned for inclusion in the 2.3 release.
