The one requirement for that is to stabilize the CI pipeline. I did some work
on that early April but thought there is still 1 issue to debug, but I had the
time now to double check and it's just flakiness.
Anyways, I linked PR #113 to this issue as well, so when that goes in, we can
release. I think I will be able to do that early next week, the voting and
publishing process may take 1 week
