## Purpose of the change Groundwork for releasing 1.1.0 for Flink 2.2 and 2.3. ## Brief change log - Add `docs/data/http.yml`, which the `sql_connector_download_table` shortcode in the Flink docs reads, so v1.1 has it when it is branched. v1.0 gets it in #NN. - Run PR CI against Flink 2.2.1 and 2.3.0, add v1.0 to the weekly run and set `fail-fast: false` there. - Enable japicmp against 1.0.0-2.2. The old `io.github.zentol.japicmp` declaration had no version or execution, so it never ran.
