MartijnVisser opened a new pull request, #63:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink-connector-shared-utils/pull/63

   ## Purpose of the change

Let connector releases go through Apache Trusted Releases
(https://releases.apache.org) instead of dist/dev.

   ## Brief change log

   - Move `create_source_release` to `_utils.sh`, no behaviour change
   - Add `stage_source_release_atr.sh`: builds the source release like
`stage_source_release.sh` and rsyncs it to the ATR draft. It refuses macOS's
openrsync, which ATR rejects.
   - README: ATR publishes to dist/release itself, so skip
`release_source_release.sh`

   ## Verifying this change

Ran it against flink-connector-kafka 5.1.0 with the remote rsync stubbed: it
uploads the `-src.tgz`, `.asc` and `.sha512`, which verify. Missing `ATR_UID`
and openrsync stop it before building.

   ## Impact and documentation

   README updated.
