## What is the purpose of the change Publish an SBOM with every JDBC module, as Flink does, until flink-connector-parent enables it for all connectors (FLINK-41232). ## Brief change log - Enable cyclonedx-maven-plugin 2.9.3, without provided dependencies, unlike Flink - Set `project.build.outputTimestamp` for reproducible output ## Verifying this change This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage. All 11 modules attach `-cyclonedx.json` and `-cyclonedx.xml`, signed under `-Prelease`. No SBOM lists a driver, and rebuilds keep the serialNumber.
