Re-enables the Trino tests that have been disabled since FLINK-15462. The Trino container now gets its catalog file through `withCopyToContainer` instead of a bind-mounted `0600` temp file, which it couldn't read on Linux. The primary-key sink tests get the Postgres driver and drop their tables in cleanup. All 48 Trino tests pass on a [fork CI run](https://github.com/spuru9/flink-connector-jdbc/actions/runs/40523287953) for Flink 2.1.3, 2.2.1 and 2.3.0, which also covers the Trino upsert path raised in #220.
