Also +1 to division of subtask though we can do cleanup in a single ticket
(BaseJUnit4 + TestLogger + RetryRule changes)
Probably one more ticket may be created considering the tickets already open.
The following are JIRAs which are with little to no activity from some time. We
can exclude these. Rather than "Migrate the remaining test classes running" We
can mention the classes itself to avoid confusion.
