Summary: Add logged_in_user alias for effective_user

When using sentry Hive will return a different value for 'current_user' than
Impala. This means a view using these values would be inconsistent between the
two SQL engines. By adding 'logged_in_user' as an alias for 'effective_user'
views would be consistent between Hive and Impala.
