[~pranay_singh] [~lv] just a heads up that I'm probably going to remove some
aspects of the log messages like the UID/PID to make it easier to use sys_write
and avoid the crash in IMPALA-7714. Please open up a follow-on JIRA if you plan
to add those back in.
