[~stakiar] yeah we've had that request before. I don't particularly like them
(compared to limiting actual resource consumption or values) because they have
false positives and that can be quite frustrating for users.
E.g. the partition filter one interacts badly with dynamic partition pruning,
the ORDER BY one doesn't take into account the cardinality of the output, and
the cartesian product one prevents executing valid queries on small amounts of
data.
