I have also added the job
[ubuntu-18.04-from-scratch|[https://jenkins.impala.io/job/ubuntu-18.04-from-scratch/]],
which is a direct clone of the same job for Ubuntu 16.04. The job is
operational, but it exposes some failures in BE_TESTS.
