[~stigahuang] I've changed the title of this JIRA to reflect that we should
focus on the ORC scanner for the time being. The JIRA is not high-priority
currently, but I think it would be an important addition to Impala in the long
run. If you would like to work on it, feel free to assign the JIRA to
yourself.
