This is a follow-up to IMPALA-9162 based on the comment by [~stigahuang]
regarding the value transfer graph creation. In the scope of IMPALA-9162, I
also tried to fix this but it resulted in test failures in PlannerTest which
needed more investigations. This Jira is created to follow-up on that.
