The history of this was a little complex - we were originally depending on a
version supplied by http://czt.sourceforge.net/, but I think they either
removed it from their maven repo or we wanted to remove the dependency. I'm not
sure how to trace back the source from the CZT cup version.
I think ideally we would upgrade to a newer CUP version to clean this up.
