Quanlong Huang resolved IMPALA-9196.

Fix Version/s: Impala 3.4.0
Resolution: Fixed
In Jenkins jobs, the logs of custom cluster tests are in
${IMPALA_HOME}/logs/custom_cluster_tests. Don't need to collect them again.
This patch just collect the jstack.
