IMPALA-9392 Change Boost version for aarch64 supporting
Replace Boost version from 1.57.0-p3 to 1.61.0.-p2
for aarch64 supporting in impala-config.sh,
and add 'std' namespace before function 'make_shared'
in impala-server.cc and impala-hs2-server.cc
