I am not sure for parquet zstd, as that was added by [~arawat] in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-8450 last year.
This one I newly added is for reading text zstd. I think this file should be
updated [https://impala.apache.org/docs/build/html/topics/impala_txtfile.html]
