Similar to HDFS Encryption Zones, Ozone has the ability to encrypt data at
rest: https://hadoop.apache.org/ozone/docs/0.4.1-alpha/security/securingtde.html
We have some existing tests for HDFS Encryption Zones, we should add similar
ones for Ozone TDE.
