Summary: Catalogd Table Metrics web page has stale tables

We have 4 metrics-tables in /catalog page of the catalgd web-ui:
* Tables with Highest Memory Requirements
* Tables with Highest Number of Metadata Operations
* Tables with Most Number of Files
* Tables with Longest Metadata Loading Time
They could display inexists tables. E.g. after renaming a database by bunch of
"ALTER TABLE old_db.table_name RENAME TO new_db.table_name" commands, both of
the old tables and new tables are shown in these metrics. A more friendly
behavior is only showing the new tables.
