Description:
Reduce duplicate code in thrift CMakeLists.txt.
And if in future, we change hive to version 4 or higher.
This can adapt automatically.

Reduce duplicate code in thrift CMakeLists.txt.
And in order to support aarch64, we need to use hive 4.0.0 version.
This commit can deal situations when hive version is 2.x.x, 3.x.x and 4.x.x
