Description: Now that the next release is Impala 4.0, we can turn
USE_CDP_HIVE to true by default. This causes Impala to compile against Hive 3
and Ranger, rather than Hive 2 and Sentry. It changes the Hadoop and HBase
versions to CDP versions rather than CDH versions. It adds Tez and Knox to the
