In Impala 4, we decided to drop support for Sentry due to the reduced activity
of the Sentry project and the addition of equivalent Ranger support.

There have been previous JIRAs to avoid including Sentry artifacts or avoid
compiling Sentry in certain configurations. This Jira is about removing Sentry
entirely, and if this is fixed, it will address those other JIRAs.
