[~stakiar] Cleaned up the JIRA to split out the missing file stuff into
IMPALA-9759. The thing that makes me skeptical of seeing the snapshot load the
problem is that on this build number it fails consistently but on a newer build
number it consistently passes. It consistently passed before the
USE_CDP_HIVE=true switch too. I believe this will go away when we update to a
newer build number.
I agree that we should double-check our snapshot load on s3guard. It's entirely
possible that there is something wrong there with respect to initializing
s3guard.
