Uploaded screenshot and json plans for toy query that shows a problem: "select
count(*) from tpcds.store_sales a, tpcds.stores_sales b where a.ss_item_sk =
b.ss_item_sk"
The 05:EXCHANGE is not treated as a child of 02:HASH_JOIN in the json.
