Description:
CatalogServiceCatalog.setFileMetadataFromFS() only fills the field
"file_descriptors" and leaves "insert_file_descriptors" and
"delete_file_descriptors" as null.
This leads to a NullPointerException in
CatalogdMetaProvider.loadPartitionsFromCatalogd().
The fix must fill properly all the file descriptor fields.
