Hive added CREATE MANAGED TABLE syntax to create managed (and thus
transactional) table when the default is set to non-transactional.
Note that CREATE TRANSACTIONAL TABLE syntax also exists probably with the same
semantics, I am not sure whether both is needed in Impala
