While testing Impala on Ubuntu 20.04, running it inside a Ubuntu 20.04
container using the Docker-based test infrastructure
(docker/test-with-docker.py), the minicluster failed to start for dataload. The
failure was caused by the Kudu binaries missing a system dependency,
{{libtinfo.so.5}}
