Description:
A recent patch for RANGER-1837 in Ranger results in the artifact of
{{ranger-plugins-audit}} pulling in from the remote repository a {{hive-exec}}
which may bring in unnecessary or even conflicting dependencies. To prevent
this from happening, we should exclude {{hive-exec}} when adding the dependency
of {{ranger-plugins-audit}} before we bump up {{CDP_BUILD_NUMBER}} again.

Recently RANGER-1837 added {{hive-exec}} as a dependency of
{{ranger-plugins-audit}}, which violates the rule that bans {{hive-exec}} at
https://github.com/apache/impala/blob/master/fe/pom.xml#L831. Thus it would be
good to exclude {{hive-exec}} when {{ranger-plugins-audit}} is included
before/when we bump up {{CDP_BUILD_NUMBER}} again.
