We use ThriftDebugString() to output a TExecutePlannedStatementReq.
TExecutePlannedStatementReq can be quite large since it contains a
Frontend.TExecRequest as well.
We only need to output a redacted version of
TExecutePlannedStatementReq.statementReq.
