Summary: Impala-shell fixes for strict hs2 mode

The strict hs2 protocol was added with IMPALA-10778.
Some tests did not work as expected. These issues are most likely due to some
kind of incompatibility when connecting with HiveServer2 directly, as not all
features in Impala work in Hive.
