Description:
We should add time travel tests for tables that went through table maintenance
(compaction, expire snapshots, etc.):
https://iceberg.apache.org/maintenance/#recommended-maintenance
E.g. old snapshots should be still accessible after compaction.
Raise error message if user queries expired snapshots.
I believe these should work correctly out of the box, but currently it's not
easy to test these features.
