Thanks for quick reply [~boroknagyz], I agree with you, it's better to add a 
condition check in 'SimplifyCastExprRule'. And I will also try to invoke 
analyze for 'orderByElements_'. Here are two modifies, should I do these in 
different patchs? Or create another issue for 'orderByElements_' analyze?
