Precommit runs build-all-flag-combinations.sh as part of
all-build-options-ub1604. This job can run low on disk space, particularly when
it is generating an m2 archive.
It would be useful to print disk usage after the build for each configuration.
It also would be useful to clean up disk space before generating the m2 archive.
