Summary: Clear the local buffer for remote spilling when impalad
crashes

Normally the local buffer for remote spilling will be cleared when each query
finishes, no matter succeeds and fails, however, we need to confirm the local
buffer to be cleared for the case when the impalad crashes.
In this case, we may clear the local buffer path to release the disk space when
the impalad restarts from the crash.
