Summary: Add ESRI geospatial function's test cases as Impala tests

The original Hive Esri project has tests which could be used for Impala as
well. The format of tests are differ in many aspects, first they have to be
converted to Impala's test format.
For the execution part, the Esri jar should be included from Hive's lib as it's
already packaged.
