IMPALA-11362 added support for EXPIRE SNAPSHOTS, but I don't see time-travel
tests.
Other table maintenance features (e.g. compactions) are still not available in
the dev environment. Though it's still possible to just add Iceberg tables
under {{$IMPALA_HOME/testdata/data/iceberg_test}} that went through various
table maintenance actions.
Feel free to assign this task if you're still interested.
