Description: 'ExecutorBlacklist::IsBlacklisted(const BackendDescriptorPB&
be_desc, Status* cause = nullptr, int64_t*time_remaining_ms = nullptr)' will
crash if the 3rd parameter 'time_remaining_ms' is nullptr, see:
