Currently our docs for TRUNCATE TABLE says that this drops all the data files
for the tables. However, for Iceberg it's not the case as Iceberg 'only'
creates a new snapshot for the table but don't delete the files, because for
time travel they could be relevant for older snapshots.
An additional section in the docs would be nice to mention this.
