In some regions where Google is not popular, it's pretty slow to open the
Apache Impala website. The pending request is getting jquery.min.js from
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.3/jquery.min.js

It finally takes one minute to open the page.
We already have this file in the repo:
[https://github.com/apache/impala/blob/master/www/jquery/jquery-3.5.1.min.js]
We can put it in the asf-site branch as well and use it directly.
