Description:
Include Calcite based CBO plan that can fed into MV Recommender that so that we
can feed MV recommender from the query history table and generate recommended
MV's. This allows us to avoid extracting queries manually and feeding them into
MV engine.
This will be done after Calcite integration into Impala is complete.
